By accessing or using Aceiba (aceiba.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Aceiba provides AI-powered neuromarketing analysis for marketing professionals. Our analysis delivers directional predictions about cognitive and emotional response to advertising creative. Results are predictive models, not clinical measurements, and should be used as one input among many in marketing decision-making.

You may use Aceiba for legitimate marketing analysis and creative optimization. You may not: upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party intellectual property rights; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our underlying models or prompts; resell, sublicense, or redistribute Aceiba analysis results without prior written authorization; or use results for clinical, medical, or psychological assessment purposes.

The Aceiba platform, brand, engine, and analysis methodology are proprietary and owned by Aceiba. Your uploaded creative assets remain your intellectual property. Analysis results produced from your creatives are licensed to you for your own commercial use. You may not claim Aceiba's analysis methodology as your own.

Aceiba provides predictions, not guarantees. Results are probabilistic and directional. We are not liable for marketing decisions, campaign outcomes, or commercial losses arising from the use of our analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aceiba's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will provide 30 days notice of material changes via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico (Ciudad de México), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Aceiba shall first be submitted to PROFECO mediation before pursuing litigation.
